Booking Terms and Conditions
Definitions
1. The person who signs the booking form shall be known as The
Hirer. Welton caravans shall be Known as the owner.
COMPLETION OF THE BOOKING FORM AND PAYMENT OF THE DEPOSIT IS
DEEMED AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
General Booking Conditions
1. Bookings will only be accepted from Hirers who are
twenty one (21) years of age and above, no same sex groups are allowed and only accept
bookings from family groups. The web availability page is a guide to availability but is
not a real-time system. In the event of two or more bookings being made for the same
dates in the same caravan, the earliest booking will be accepted. Bookings are not
confirmed until the Caravan Owners have sent a bookin confirmation.
2. The Hirer is responsible for the booking form, by signing
warrants that the party is as stated on the booking form.
3. ALL changes to a booking are only allowed by prior agreement
with the Caravan Owners and confirmed in writing/e-mail by the Caravan Owners.
4. The Hirer is responsible for the conduct of all persons listed
on the Booking Form as well as any additional guests and visitors. The maximum
number of persons staying in the caravan shall not exceed 6.
5. The Hirer agrees that the details of persons listed on the
Booking Form shall be registered with the Caravan Owners and Park Resorts.
6. Each person listed on the Booking Form and guests and visitors
must be prepared to identify themselves to the Caravan Owners and Park Resorts or their
staff upon request and comply with their reasonable requirements.
7. The Hirer shall notify the Caravan Owners in writing/e-mail;
any changes to people listed on the Booking form at the earliest possible opportunity and
in any event, not less than 7 days of commencement of the booking.
8. The Hirer must give access to the Caravan if reasonably
required by the Caravan Owners, Park Resorts, their Staff or Agents.
9. The Caravan Owners reserve the right to refuse any booking
without any obligation to give a reason.
10. The Caravan Owners reserve the right to terminate any booking
for whatever reason at their absolute discretion and refund in full all monies paid.
Deposits and Payments
11. A booking will be accepted by the Caravan Owners upon receipt
of a completed Booking Form and £50 Booking Deposit being paid for each booking. The web
availability page is a guide to availability but is not a real-time system. In the
event of two or more bookings being made for the same dates in the same caravan, the
earliest booking will be accepted. DEPOSITS SECURE YOUR BOOKING AND ARE RETURNED WITHIN 3
DAYS OF THE END OF YOUR STAY, PROVIDED THAT NO DAMAGE HAS BEEN CAUSED TO THE CARAVAN OR
IT'S FIXTURES, FITTINGS & THAT THE CONTENTS ARE COMPLETE. THE DEPOSIT IS NOT
REFUNDABLE IN THE EVENT OF THE HIRER CANCELLING THE BOOKING. DEPOSITS ARE PAYABLE IN ADDITION TO THE HIRE COST.
12. THE TOTAL COST OF THE HIRE CHARGE IS DUE EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE
THE COMMENCEMENT OF HIRE AND WE WILL WRITE TO YOU WITH DETAILS WHEN PAYMENT IS DUE. In the
case of the commencement being less than eight weeks, payment in full plus £50 deposit is
required at the time of booking.
13. In the case of the balance not being paid by the due date,
the Caravan Owners reserve the right to re-let the Caravan without making refund of any of
the Booking Deposit.
14. The hirer should ensure that they have adequate insurance for
holiday cancellation if required.
15. ALL BREAKAGES, MISSING ITEMS & DAMAGE TO THE CARAVAN MUST
BE PAID FOR FROM THE DEPOSIT. The amount of the deposit does not limit the liability of
the hirer and any cost of damage or repairs or missing items whatsoever is recoverable
from the hirer in full by the owners.
16. Payment on credit card will incur a fee of 1.5%.
Payment by debit card, cheque or BACS is free of any fee.
Cancellations
16. In the event of a Cancellation, the hirer must confirm
cancellation in writing. Caravan Owners will refund the balance subject to the following
charges:

(Deposits are not refundable in the event of a
cancellation). ONCE A CANCELLATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED THE OWNERS WILL NOT REINSTATE A
BOOKING - PLEASE BE SURE WHEN YOU CANCEL.
17. No refund will be made to The hirer whose hiring has
commenced and who vacates the caravan for any reason including an emergency at home etc.
18. The Caravan may be occupied from 4pm onwards on the first day
of hiring.
The Caravan MUST be vacated by 10am on the last date of hiring, -
keys returned to reception, or unless otherwise specified.
19. The Hirer shall report to Site Office Reception, unless
otherwise specified, upon arrival, at which time The Hirer shows (1) "Booking
Conformation". (2) "Letter of consent to use" the Caravan for the said
dates, upon which, keys will be issued (No letter no keys).
20. In the case of any maintenance or cleaning problems, the
Hirer should contact the Caravan Owners in the first instance upon their arrival or when
an issue arises. The Owners will make efforts to rectify any problems. Problems reported
after departure cannot be dealt with if no attempt has been made to contact the owners
during the hire period. DIY repairs MUST NOT be attempted. If the hirer does any DIY
repairs then rule 15 above will apply.
21. Smoking is not permitted within the caravan.
22. The caravan is to be left in a clean and tidy condition ready
for the next tenant. if not then rule 15 above will apply.
23. The Caravan Owners, Park Resorts and their staff do not
accept liability for any loss or damage to The Hirers property and/or accidents,
injuries, illnesses, diseases, arising from the Hire of the Caravan or use of the site,
including acts of God or extreme weather conditions.
24. No Pets are allowed in the caravan whatsoever.
25.All Park Resorts have passes required to use the Entertainment
Complexes, the amount of the pass which covers everyone in the caravan is shown under the Holiday Park section of the web
site, these passes cover all park activities . These passes are NOT included in the
cost of the caravan rental. You do not have to purchase these passes (the shop and
laundrette facilities are accessible without passes). When accessing the Complex you may
be asked to show these to Park Resorts staff and their agents.
Site Rules and Regulations
26.The Hirer and all people listed on the Booking Form; your
guest(s) and visitor(s) must obey with the Site Rules and regulations at all times.
27. The main Site Rules and Regulations are;
A) Please respect the caravan, other guests and the holiday park.
B) At all times noise of any kind must to be kept to an
acceptable level so as not to disturb other occupants on the site.
C) All speed limits must be observed at all times.
D) Parking is not allowed "on the grass" at the side of
the Caravan at any times. You must park in designated parking areas close to the
caravan.
E) Vehicles may only be operated on site by persons who hold a
Full Driving License and who are insured to drive the vehicle concerned.
F) No littering on site, all rubbish/refuse sacks etc. Must be
disposed of in big dumper bins situated around the site or the recycling locations.
G) Barbecues are allowed on site, although these must not be
situated near the caravan.
H) Gas Bottles only to be exchanged by the Caravan Owners, Park
Resorts or their staff, please contact reception if you run out.
I) No firearms or other offensive weapons are permitted, No ball
games between the caravans, no electric or petrol scooters/motor bikes are allowed on
site.
J) When accessing the Entertainment Complex you may be asked to
show weekly passes to Park Resorts staff and their agents. Failure to do so may result in
you being unable to access the complex. Any lost passes needs reporting to Park Resorts
reception as soon as possible.
If you are asked to vacate the caravan site, by Park Resorts or
their staff, for any reasons whatsoever, the Caravan Owners shall not refund any money
paid.
